At Soft Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from any signs of wear, dirt, or damage

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email info@soft-footwear.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
  4. Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help!

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Indicate in your email that you'd like an exchange
  • We'll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • Exchanges are subject to availability

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Items: We'll cover return shipping costs
Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Exchanges: We'll cover shipping on the replacement item

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Worn or damaged footwear
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Custom or personalized orders

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@soft-footwear.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
